Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Handful of mixed berries to serve
Instructions
- Stir oats, milk, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla together in a jar or bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- In the morning, stir well. Add a splash more milk if too thick. Top with fresh berries and serve cold.
