Sizzling, colourful fajitas that the whole family can build themselves at the table. Fun, delicious, and ready in 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 2 bell peppers (mixed colours), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fajita seasoning: 1 tsp each cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt
- Tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, salsa to serve
Instructions
- Toss chicken strips in oil and fajita seasoning. Cook in a hot cast-iron skillet 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add peppers and onion; cook 5 more minutes until slightly charred.
- Serve sizzling with warm tortillas and all the toppings on the side.
