Better than takeaway and on the table in 20 minutes. A weeknight dinner the whole family will request again and again.
Ingredients
- 300g (10 oz) thinly sliced beef sirloin or flank
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Cooked rice to serve
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Toss beef in half the sauce. Let marinate 10 minutes.
- Stir-fry beef in a hot wok 2 minutes. Remove. Add broccoli and 2 tbsp water; stir-fry 3 minutes.
- Return beef, add remaining sauce and cornstarch slurry. Toss 1 minute until glossy. Serve over rice.
