Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, drained
- ½ avocado, mashed
- 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or mayo
- Salt, pepper, squeeze of lemon
- 1 large whole-wheat tortilla
- Lettuce and sliced tomato
Instructions
- Mix tuna with mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Lay tortilla flat. Add lettuce and tomato, then spoon tuna mixture down the center.
- Roll tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.
