Overnight Oats with Fresh Berries

Prep takes five minutes the night before — wake up to a creamy, nutritious breakfast that requires zero cooking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Handful of mixed berries to serve

Instructions

  1. Stir oats, milk, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla together in a jar or bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  3. In the morning, stir well. Add a splash more milk if too thick. Top with fresh berries and serve cold.
