Ingredients
- 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 large eggs
- Salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Halve the avocado, scoop it into a bowl, and mash with a fork. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
